When I was a little girl, I remember spending hours in the kitchen with my great gramma making cookies. She made it all feel so simple and easy- just a pinch of this and a smidge of that... and POOF! Perfectly tasting cookies would come out of the oven. I remember her house being filled with the wonderous smells of walnut chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and peanut butter cookies... But the best part was that she always made me feel like I was the main baker and SHE was the helper. She was the best great gramma a little girl could ask for.

Fast forward to my first year in Prague where I learned that peanut butter didn't even exist here (2015)! When I shared my great gramma's peanut butter cookie recipe with my husband's family, the response was happily overwhelming. From there, those cookies became my favorite gift to share with Czech people. As an international-school teacher, I also baked them for my American friends (and others) - and the response was the same!

I knew my great gramma had created something special and soon I began to share her walnut chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies too.

These 3 cookie flavors are the heart of Cookie Bee today! They are the first chapter of the Cookie Bee story. And I promise to always have them available to you as well as my next fun flavors. :)
